To enable real-time sync across devices:
1. Create a project at console.firebase.google.com
2. Enable Firestore → Start in test mode
3. Replace the firebaseConfig values at the top of this HTML file
4. Re-host or re-serve the file
Until then, changes save locally only (no cross-device sync).

GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP
Setup: Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Credentials → Create OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Web app). Add https://al-basha-eecd9.web.app to Authorized JavaScript origins.
